About Tisan Jewellery

Welcome to Tisan Jewellery. We hope you enjoy our new site and find it just as easy to use. 

All jewellery is sterling silver, unless stated, and all the pearls are freshwater. I have introduced gold vermeil jewellery for the first time and I am delighted with the high quality and lustre that can be achieved with this style.

Despite Tisan growing so much over the past year, I still hand pick each item, and every order will arrive with you, beautifully packaged in our signature turquoise bags. If you would like to receive our catalogue, please register on the site and I will send it to you.

Delivery

Post and Packaging £2.50. We aim to despatch every order within 7 days of your order being accepted. Deliveries will be sent first class post to the address stated in your order. While we aim to get your order to you promptly we do not guarantee delivery times and are not  responsible for delays out with our reasonable control.

Overseas Orders

We happily accept orders from abroad. Post and Packaging £5.00. Please check about local import duties which are the customers responsibility.

Stock

We are a small home run business and endeavour to keep suffiicient stock but if an item becomes unavailable we will let you know as soon as possible and provide a full refund, if payment has already been made. Not all of our stock appears on this site. If you have a want for something that has not been included on the site, please call us as we may be able to source it for you.
