1. Refunds and Cancellations

1.1 You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days after delivery by emailing us at info@tisanjewellery.com, phoning us on 01620 810618 (please have your order reference number to hand) or writing to us at the address given on this website. The item must still be in "as new" condition. However we cannot accept cancellation if the item has been made to your particular specification.

1.2 Unfortunately we are unable to accept returned earrings.
